The Story Behind the Photo
Froggatt Edge had been on my list of places to explore for some time, so with a free day and a rucksack packed, I set off for a solo hike into the Peak District. The weather was far from perfect, with thick cloud hanging low over the hills, but those conditions often bring a character to the landscape that bright sunshine cannot.
This photograph is displayed as Edge of the Moor and catalogued as Stormlight Over Green Valleys, connecting the gallery title with the subject and location described on this page.
