Print Orders
All prints are produced to order through our professional print fulfilment partner.
Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and printed products.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Payment
Payments are securely processed by Stripe.
Bowes Photo does not store or have access to your full payment card information.
Order Fulfilment
Orders are sent to our fulfilment partner after payment has been successfully received.
Production and delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, location, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where appropriate.
We will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Returns & Cancellations
As prints are made to order, orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun.
Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

All photographs, text, graphics, branding and content on Bowes Photo are protected by copyright and remain the property of Scott Bowes unless otherwise stated.
